1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Denomify: Cash Calculator ("Denomify," "the App," "we," "us," or "our"), developed by Umesh Singh Punia, handles information when you use the App.
Denomify is a cash denomination calculator. It lets you enter the quantity of currency notes, bills, and coins you have and instantly calculates the subtotal for each denomination and the overall total.
The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email address, phone number, or other personal information.
The App's core cash-calculation features work offline. An internet connection is used when the App loads advertisements through Google AdMob.
2. Information We Collect
A. Information We Collect Directly
We do not directly collect personal information from you.
Denomify does not have user accounts or login functionality. We do not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, address, payment information, contacts, or other personally identifying information.
The quantities of notes, bills, and coins you enter into the calculator are used only to perform calculations within the App. This information is not transmitted to our servers.
We do not operate a server or database that stores your denomination entries or calculation results.
B. Information Collected Automatically by Google AdMob
Denomify uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google. The Google Mobile Ads SDK included in the App automatically collects and shares certain information on our behalf for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes.
This automatically collected information includes:
- IP address: Google receives your device's IP address. It may be used to estimate your general geographic location. Denomify does not request or collect precise GPS location through AdMob.
- User interactions within the App: The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect information about interactions such as app launches, taps, and interactions with advertisements or other app elements.
- Diagnostic and performance information: Google may collect information such as app launch time, crash-related data, diagnostic data, performance information, hang rate, energy usage, and similar technical data.
- Device and account identifiers: The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect identifiers including the Android Advertising ID and App Set ID, as well as other applicable device or account identifiers made available to the SDK.
The Android Advertising ID is a resettable identifier used for advertising-related purposes. Depending on your Android version and device manufacturer, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID through your Android device settings.
For more information about Google's privacy practices, see: Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services .
3. Permissions
Denomify does not request sensitive device permissions such as access to your precise location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files, SMS messages, phone calls, or calendar.
The App uses Internet and network state access so that Google AdMob can connect to Google's advertising services, request ads, and determine whether a network connection is available.
Because the App uses Google AdMob and may use the Android Advertising ID, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may also declare Android's AD_ID normal permission on Android versions where that permission is required. AD_ID is not a sensitive runtime permission and does not provide access to your GPS location, camera, microphone, contacts, files, or similar private device information.
The cash-denomination calculations themselves do not require Internet access or any sensitive device permission.
4. How Information Is Used
We do not use your denomination entries or calculation results for analytics, advertising, profiling, or any other external purpose.
Information automatically collected through Google AdMob may be used for:
- Advertising delivery and personalization: selecting and displaying advertisements, including personalized ads where permitted.
- Analytics and performance measurement: understanding app and advertising interactions, measuring ad performance, and identifying technical or performance problems.
- Fraud prevention, security, and abuse detection: detecting invalid advertising activity, protecting advertising systems, and maintaining the integrity of ad delivery.
Google's own privacy policies and advertising policies govern Google's further use of information processed through AdMob.
5. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We use Google AdMob as the App's advertising provider. Information described in the "Information Collected Automatically by Google AdMob" section is transmitted to and processed by Google through the Google Mobile Ads SDK.
We do not independently sell, rent, or provide your personal information to data brokers or other third parties.
Denomify does not intentionally integrate other third-party advertising or analytics services that independently receive user data from the App.
Google may use service providers, affiliates, advertising partners, or other parties as described in Google's own policies. Their handling of information is governed by Google's policies and applicable agreements.
6. Data Retention
We do not maintain our own servers containing the information automatically collected by Google AdMob.
Your denomination quantities and calculation results are not sent to or retained on our servers.
Retention of information collected through the Google Mobile Ads SDK is governed by Google's own data-retention practices and policies. Retention periods may depend on the type of data, the purpose for which it is processed, user settings, and applicable legal requirements.
See Google's Privacy Policy for more information.
7. Your Choices
You can reset or delete your Android Advertising ID through your Android device settings. The exact menu names may vary depending on your Android version and device manufacturer. On many devices, advertising controls can be found under settings related to Privacy, Google, or Ads.
You can also control Google's advertising personalization settings through Google Ad Settings / My Ad Center .
Turning off personalized advertising does not necessarily stop ads from appearing. You may still see non-personalized or contextual advertisements.
Users in regions where consent is legally required may also be shown an in-app privacy or consent message that allows them to make choices regarding personalized advertising and related data processing.
8. Children's Privacy
Denomify is a general-audience utility app and is not directed toward children under the age of 13, or toward children under the age of 16 in the European Union or European Economic Area.
We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information, and the App does not contain an account-registration system through which children can submit personal information to us.
The App is not intended to serve child-directed advertising. We do not knowingly configure the App as a child-directed service for purposes of the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a child has provided or caused personal information to be collected through the App in violation of applicable law, contact us at radioharyanvi@gmail.com.
9. GDPR Rights for EU/EEA Users
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to the processing of your personal data, you may have rights regarding that data.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, these may include the right to obtain information about processing, request access, request correction, request deletion, restrict certain processing, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Because Denomify does not maintain user accounts or store AdMob-collected information on our own servers, we may not be able to identify or directly retrieve data associated with a particular user solely from our own systems. Requests concerning data held by Google may also need to be handled through Google's privacy tools or procedures.
For users in the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other regions where required, the App may display an in-app consent or privacy message before personalized advertising or related advertising technologies are used.
Where consent is required, you may be able to accept, reject, or manage applicable advertising choices and later withdraw or modify those choices through the privacy options made available in the App.
10. CCPA/CPRA Rights for California Users
If you are a California resident and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), applies to us or to the relevant processing of your information, you may have certain privacy rights.
These may include the right to know what categories or specific pieces of personal information are collected, how that information is used and disclosed, the right to request deletion of eligible personal information, the right to correct inaccurate personal information where applicable, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined by California law.
We do not sell personal information to third parties in exchange for money.
However, depending on how advertising technologies are configured and interpreted under California law, the transfer or use of identifiers such as an Advertising ID for personalized or cross-context behavioral advertising may potentially be considered "sharing" of personal information even when no money is exchanged.
Where required by applicable law, California residents may exercise applicable opt-out rights regarding advertising-related processing. You may also disable personalized advertising through Google's advertising controls and reset or delete your Android Advertising ID as described in the "Your Choices" section.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights provided by applicable California law.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if the App's functionality changes, advertising or third-party services change, or legal requirements change.
When we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the Effective Date shown at the top of this page.
If an update materially changes how information is collected, used, or shared, we may provide additional notice where required by applicable law, such as through an in-app notice, consent message, or an updated privacy-policy link on the App's Google Play listing.
